**Introduction**
The Eternal Verities are unchanging Truths that have always been true and will remain so forever. Humanity cannot create or alter this Truth—only discover it. Living in harmony with this Truth brings unimaginable happiness, as limitations dissolve, revealing that all power, knowledge, and joy are our natural, inherent state.

“What is it, by knowing which, you will know everything?”

This Truth is unique in that it must be personally perceived by each individual. No one else, not even books or teachers, can fully reveal it for another. Their role is to guide and point the way, but it is up to each individual to prove the Truth for themselves. Nothing should be accepted blindly; one must listen, reflect, and test it. Adopting a neutral attitude—neither believing nor disbelieving—is key. Only after rigorous testing and personal experience should one accept the Truth. As confidence in Truth grows, its proofs come more easily until one ultimately realizes the Absolute Truth: that we are unlimited beings in knowledge, power, and joy.
